Madison Hansen is from Lehi, Utah. She graduated with her Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in vocal performance in 2024 from Southern Utah University. While at SUU, she studied under Carol Ann Modesitt and took part in performances with the Opera theater.​ During the spring of 2024, she performed the role of Frasquita in Carmen.

In 2022, Madison performed the role of a Lay Sister in Suor Angelica and the Lawyer in Gianni Schicchi.
